A Book for the Children We Raise -and the One We Carry Inside
What if emotions aren’t a problem?
What if they’re a language—messages sent by our own inner intelligence, inviting us to listen, reflect, and reconnect?

The Girl from the Sky – Flip Through the Story:
The Girl from the Sky is more than a story. It’s an invitation—for children and for the inner child within each of us—to understand, cherish, and integrate the full spectrum of emotions. Whether you’re five or 105, this book offers a gentle path home to yourself.
Who It’s For
This book is for the children we teach—and the inner child we still carry.
So many of us grew up without clear emotional guidance.
We weren’t taught that our emotions are intelligent signals—energy in motion, rising from our core to guide us. We were often encouraged to behave, to calm down, to “feel better”—but not to understand what our feelings were actually trying to tell us.
Only a few of us in the parenting generation have learned to separate what we feel from what we judge about what we feel.
That’s where we turned away from ourselves. And now, we get to gently turn back.
What It Offers
Through storytelling, coloring, and gentle reflection, The Girl from the Sky helps readers:
Navigate emotions without judgment
Reconnect to their inner guidance system
Feel seen, even in difficult moments
Build a bridge between emotion and belonging
It’s a book, yes—but also a soft companion. A mirror. A moment of pause. A portal for connection between generations.
This is the book I wish I’d had as a child.
It’s also the book I wish I’d had when my children were younger.
And now—I’ve created it.
My hope is that The Girl from the Sky will bring moments of recognition, healing, and sweetness to children, parents, grandparents, teachers... and to every inner child still waiting to be seen.
